Maddison Safety will endeavour to ensure all products ordered on the website are available and in stock.
However if we are not able to provide you with your specific product, you will be contacted by one of our friendly staff at Maddison Safety and alternative arrangements will be made. It is important that we are able to contact you for any reason so please ensure all contact details are correct. Please allow up to ten (10) working days for delivery.
Within 14 days of delivery of receiving your order, you may return purchased goods from Maddison Safety in its original packaging and condition.
Maddison Safety is currently unable to accept returns of items returned more than 14 days after delivery, unless the goods are faulty.
Goods cannot be returned if they have been embroidered, screen printed or altered.
