Shipping & Returns

Maddison Safety has a standard shipping rate of $22.00 GST inclusive per order to anywhere in Australia.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days from dispatch for standard delivery.

All pick up orders will be notified by phone or email when the order is ready for pick up.

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns of your purchase for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of invoice date. Your items must be unused, in *original condition with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging.

For products purchased online and delivered outside of Australia, we will accept returns for faulty items only.

To return your purchase please contact us by Email or Phone first. sales@maddisonsafety.com  or 02 4954 7544 to organise RA paperwork. Any returns without RA paperwork will not be processed.

Returns To Maddison Safety & Industrial - 77A Munibung Road, Cardiff NSW 2285 at your cost (unless faulty).

*Original Condition

Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. If your item shows any evidence of wear (including, but not limited to, deodorant or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please try on shoes or boots on a carpeted surface to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

We will refund your purchase within 7-10 days of receiving the item. Your refund will be issued through the same payment method used to make the original purchase, excluding the original shipping cost.

Where an item is being returned for replacement or exchange (unless the goods are faulty or sent incorrectly) the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Faulty Products

If your item has a fault, please contact us on 02 4954 7544 to arrange a return. We may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer, which could extend the time of the refund. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund excluding the shipping cost, otherwise the product will be returned to you. This may take longer than 7-10 days as a third party may be involved in the assessment process.
