Maddison Safety has a standard shipping rate of $22.00 (GST inclusive) on orders up to $549.99 (GST inclusive), delivered anywhere within Australia.
Free standard shipping is available on all online orders with a value of $550.00 (GST inclusive) or more, delivered within Australia.
Please allow 5–10 business days from dispatch for standard delivery.
All pick-up orders will be notified by phone or email when the order is ready for collection.
We will accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect product selection will only be accepted where the item is unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
To return your purchase, please complete our Returns Authorisation (RA) form. Returns received without completed RA paperwork may not be processed.

Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Custom-made, special-order, branded, embroidered, screen-printed, heat-sealed, or otherwise customised products cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect product selection unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition.
If your item shows any evidence of wear, including but not limited to odours, stains, rips, tears, damaged packaging, or removed or damaged product tags, it may not be eligible for return and may be returned to you.
Please try on shoes or boots on a clean carpeted surface to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to faulty goods, incorrectly supplied goods, or where otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Where an item is being returned for replacement or exchange (unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

In some cases, Maddison Safety may consult with the supplier or manufacturer to assess the product, which may extend the assessment timeframe.
If the product is found to be faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, Maddison Safety will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
If the product is found not to be faulty, it may be returned to you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
